- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 2 cups Fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, starting and ending with the flour.
- Fold in the diced peaches and cinnamon if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
