A warm and cozy peach cobbler made with canned peaches, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in juice or light syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving, as desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and melt the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the flour, ½ cup of sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Drain the peaches and toss them with the remaining ½ cup of sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish without stirring. Spoon the peaches and their juice on top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Use high-quality peaches for the best flavor. Consider adding nutmeg or other fruits for variation.
