- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz (340 g) whipped topping
- 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1 cup milk
- Optional: chopped peanuts or chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread half of the crushed chocolate cookies evenly over the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Pour half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookies and spread evenly.
- Add another layer of crushed cookies followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Drizzle milk over the top layer and sprinkle with optional toppings.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better blending, and do not skip the chilling time for the best texture.
