Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of creamy peanut butter filling and crunchy chocolate cookies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz (340 g) whipped topping
  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup milk
  • Optional: chopped peanuts or chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the crushed chocolate cookies evenly over the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Pour half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookies and spread evenly.
  5. Add another layer of crushed cookies followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  6. Drizzle milk over the top layer and sprinkle with optional toppings.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better blending, and do not skip the chilling time for the best texture.
