Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or a zip-top bag until fine crumbs are formed.
- In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until fully blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate to ensure full coating, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Roll the coated balls in crushed peppermint candies and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to harden for about 30 minutes before serving.
