  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until fully blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  6. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate to ensure full coating, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Roll the coated balls in crushed peppermint candies and place them back on the baking sheet.
