Description

A delightful breakfast or quick snack with eggs, gooey cheese, and crispy bread, perfect for busy mornings or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with butter or oil.
  3. Place the slices of bread in the basket.
  4. Crack an egg onto each slice of bread.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of the eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for about 6-8 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes
