- 2 slices of bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with butter or oil.
- Place the slices of bread in the basket.
- Crack an egg onto each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 6-8 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use thicker slices of bread like sourdough or brioche. Experiment with different cheeses and toppings.
