Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Then stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
