- 1 large bag (26–32 oz) Frozen French Fries
- 1 pound Ribeye Steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the French fry package instructions. Cook the fries until golden brown and crispy (about 20 minutes).
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Add sliced onions and green bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- Once fries are cooked, arrange them on a large platter or baking sheet.
- Top the fries with the steak and vegetable mixture, distributing evenly.
- Place cheese slices on top and broil for 1-2 minutes until melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
Notes
Consider substituting ribeye with flank steak or sirloin for a leaner option. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables and cheeses.
