Description

A delicious blend of crispy fries, savory ribeye steak, and melted provolone cheese, perfect for game day or a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large bag (2632 oz) Frozen French Fries
  • 1 pound Ribeye Steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the French fry package instructions. Cook the fries until golden brown and crispy (about 20 minutes).
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add sliced onions and green bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Once fries are cooked, arrange them on a large platter or baking sheet.
  5. Top the fries with the steak and vegetable mixture, distributing evenly.
  6. Place cheese slices on top and broil for 1-2 minutes until melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.

Notes

Consider substituting ribeye with flank steak or sirloin for a leaner option. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables and cheeses.
