- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining glaze.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, finish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Can be made spicy by adding sriracha to the marinade.
