Description

Delightfully crispy chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory pineapple-teriyaki glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  4. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining glaze.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, finish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Can be made spicy by adding sriracha to the marinade.
