- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat, and add cumin and mustard seeds.
- Sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
- Include the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and oil separates from the mixture.
- Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander, and salt.
- Add cubed potatoes and stir to coat.
- Pour in water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add green peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
