Instructions

- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Incorporate garlic and ginger; sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes and green chilies; cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Include the ground beef and stir until browned.
- Stir in diced potatoes, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt.
- Add water as needed; cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
