Description

A delightful dish that combines crispy potstickers with a medley of fresh sautéed vegetables and a tangy sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen potstickers or dumplings
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper, snow peas, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot. Cook for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Return the potstickers to the skillet, pour the sauce over everything, and stir well.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid overcooking potstickers to retain their crispiness. Customize with additional proteins or vegetables as desired.
