Description

A delightful and flavorful dish that combines crispy potstickers with vibrant, crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen potstickers or dumplings
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add frozen potstickers to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper, snow peas, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  7. Return the potstickers to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the potstickers and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your flavorful potsticker stir fry.

Notes

Ensure even browning by not overcrowding the skillet, and feel free to customize the vegetables to your taste.
