- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and salt to the cream cheese, and mix until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Once set, slice into bars and serve chilled.
