- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl and toss gently until the broccoli is well coated.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
