- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and soy sauce, tossing everything to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcooking noodles and keep the heat high during stir-frying. Customize veggies based on preference.
