Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the pastry dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small squares.
- Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and a few raspberries in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Arrange the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
