Instructions

  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
  8. Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.
  10. Allow to cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
