- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well, and add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges are golden, and the centers are slightly underbaked.
- Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking to prevent spreading.
