- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups filtered water (divided)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions
- Blend the peaches until smooth; optionally strain for a smoother texture.
- Juice the lemons to yield about 1 cup of fresh juice.
- Dissolve the sugar in 1 cup of water over medium heat to create a simple syrup; let cool.
- Combine the peach puree, lemon juice, cooled syrup, and remaining 3 cups of water in a pitcher.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves or lemon slices if desired.
Notes
For an extra refreshing drink, chill the peaches and water beforehand. Adjust sugar to taste if peaches are not sweet enough.
