A delightful twist on the classic Reuben, featuring corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut in soft pretzel buns.

- 8 slider-sized pretzel buns
- 1 lb cooked corned beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice the pretzel buns in half.
- On the bottom half of each bun, layer a slice of Swiss cheese, followed by a generous amount of corned beef, and then top with sauerkraut.
- Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut.
- Cap it off with the other half of the bun, pressing gently to secure the fillings.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle caraway seeds on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a milder flavor, substitute sauerkraut with coleslaw. Can prepare in advance and refrigerate before baking.
