- 12 fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries carefully, leaving the green stems intact.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; whip until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the cream cheese mixture, coat well, and place on a plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a double boiler or microwave.
- Once chilled, dip strawberries in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place chocolate-coated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Serve and enjoy!
