Description

Indulge in this luxurious eggless dessert infused with delicate rose flavors, combining rich mascarpone cheese and silky whipped cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rose syrup (Opt for Rooh Afza for an authentic taste)
  • 1 cup full fat milk (Using whole milk is key for the best flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon rose water (A drop of rose essence can substitute if needed)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (Ensure it’s very cold for easy whipping)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (Confectioners’ sugar works best)
  • A few drops rose essence (Use sparingly to avoid overpowering)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (Chilling before use is essential)
  • 1 pack ladyfinger cookies (These give structure)
  • As needed food-grade rose buds (Enhance the visual appeal)
  • As needed silvered pistachios (Adds a crunchy texture)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Milk Mixture: In a bowl, combine the full fat milk, rose syrup, and rose water. Stir well to make sure the flavors are evenly blended together.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, add the heavily chilled cream and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix the Mascarpone: In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone until incorporated without losing the fluffiness.
  4. Assemble the Tiramisu: Quickly dip ladyfinger cookies into the milk mixture, ensuring they do not soak too long. Layer them in a serving dish, then spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat with more ladyfingers and finish with the remaining mascarpone cream.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or preferably overnight, to let the flavors meld together.

Notes

Chill all ingredients before use for best results. Serve with silvered pistachios and rose buds for garnish.
