A delightful dish featuring tender salmon fillets atop wilted spinach, drizzled with a creamy Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and top with the spinach mixture and the creamy sauce.
