- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg

- 1 1/2 cups pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the pretzel pieces until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle caramel sauce over the warm cookies. Let cool before serving.
