Description
Saucy Ramen Noodles tossed in a rich soy-garlic sauce with sesame oil, vegetables, and customizable toppings for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
2 packs instant ramen noodles
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sriracha or chili paste
1 tsp brown sugar or honey
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sautéed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
1 soft-boiled egg (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions but keep them slightly undercooked.
2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and brown sugar.
3. Heat a skillet or wok over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
4. Pour in the prepared sauce and let it simmer for 1 minute.
5. Drain noodles and add them to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
6. Add vegetables and green onions, mixing well.
7. Plate the noodles and top with a soft-boiled egg and sesame seeds.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your saucy ramen noodles.
Notes
You can add grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.
For a creamy variation, stir in 1 tbsp of peanut butter or coconut milk.
Adjust spice levels by increasing or reducing sriracha.
