- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz Linguine pasta
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain once al dente.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, simmer gently, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked linguine to the creamy sauce, tossing to coat well. Serve topped with sliced Cajun chicken and garnished with parsley.
