Description

A delightful salmon recipe infused with lemon and garlic, all cooked on a single sheet pan for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 to 1.75 pounds skin-on salmon fillet
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon skin-side down on a sheet of aluminum foil and raise the edges to create a foil pack.
  3. Nestle lemon slices around and on top of the salmon.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour three-quarters of this mixture over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Seal the foil pack tightly and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for about 17 minutes.
  7. Open the foil pack carefully, switch your oven to broil, and spoon the reserved buttery mixture over the salmon.
  8. Broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use skin-on salmon for moisture and flavor. Customize honey levels to your preference.
