- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)

- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Nestle lemon slices around the salmon.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Stir in lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Pour three-quarters of the buttery mixture over the salmon, then season with salt and pepper.
- Seal the foil pack tightly and bake on a baking sheet for about 17 minutes.
- Open the pack carefully to avoid steam burns.
- Switch your oven to broil, then spoon the reserved buttery mixture over the salmon and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
