Description

This Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon combines rich salmon with zesty lemon, aromatic garlic, and creamy butter for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 to 1.75 pounds skin-on salmon fillet
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the salmon skin-side down on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Nestle the lemon slices around the salmon.
  4. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour three-quarters of the buttery mixture over the salmon and season it with salt and pepper.
  6. Seal the foil pack tightly and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 17 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Open the foil pack and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
