- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place chopped broccoli on the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter, then mix in minced garlic and lemon juice.
- Toss shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated; arrange them on the baking sheet with broccoli.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque, and broccoli is tender.
- Toss gently halfway through cooking; garnish with additional lemon juice before serving.
