Description

A delightful dish featuring tender shrimp coated in a tangy garlic butter sauce, paired with perfectly roasted broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place chopped broccoli on the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter, then mix in minced garlic and lemon juice.
  4. Toss shrimp in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated; arrange them on the baking sheet with broccoli.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque, and broccoli is tender.
  6. Toss gently halfway through cooking; garnish with additional lemon juice before serving.
