- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 pound of baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears of corn, cut into quarters
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly across a sheet pan.
