- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves or thirds
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a large sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Combine the potatoes, sausage, corn, garlic, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan, ensuring the ingredients are in a single layer for even cooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After the time is up, remove the pan and add the shrimp and lemon wedges, tossing everything to combine.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
