- 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shrimp, sausage, diced potatoes, and corn on a large sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, plus salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture out in a single layer.
