- 2 cups frozen peas

- 1 cup beef broth

- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in carrots, peas, thyme, rosemary, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour in beef broth and simmer for about 5-10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
