Description

A vibrant and fresh dish featuring shrimp, creamy avocado, and mango salsa, perfect for summer dinners or quick lunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Grill until they’re pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Dice the mango, finely chop the red onion and cilantro, and squeeze in lime juice to create the mango salsa.
  3. Whisk together lime juice, chili powder, and olive oil in a small bowl to make the lime-chili sauce.
  4. Slice the avocado and place it in a bowl. Top with grilled shrimp and mango salsa.
  5. Drizzle with lime-chili sauce before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor, and consider adjusting the spice level to your preference.
