Description

A delightful blend of succulent shrimp and garlic butter sauce served over pasta, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 loaf garlic bread

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add linguine or spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth) and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet with the shrimp and butter sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve in bowls, garnish with parsley, and enjoy with garlic bread.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh shrimp. Adjust seasoning as necessary and avoid overcooking the garlic.
