- ½ lb cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until brown and drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Melt cream cheese in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in sour cream and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add shredded cheddar and mozzarella, allowing each addition to melt completely.
- Fold in the cooked ground beef and crumbled bacon. Stir until evenly mixed and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for less grease. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
