- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)

- 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup chicken broth
- Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown, then set aside.
- Prepare the sauce by sautéing garlic, adding cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, thyme, cinnamon, and chicken broth, then simmering the mixture.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- If desired, thicken the sauce by simmering it uncovered.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For best flavor, use free-range chicken and fresh cranberries. Adjust the sweetness of the sauce with honey to your preference.
