Description
Elevate classic corn on the cob with a flavorful blend of smoked paprika and garlic butter, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup Softened butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Husk the corn, removing all the silk and leaves. Brush the garlic paprika butter generously over each ear of corn, making sure to coat all sides.
- Wrap each corn cob tightly in aluminum foil to keep the flavor in during cooking.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Carefully unwrap the foil (be cautious of the hot steam!) and serve hot. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, marinate the corn in the garlic butter blend for an hour before grilling. Adjust spices as needed for personal preference.
