Description

Elevate classic corn on the cob with a flavorful blend of smoked paprika and garlic butter, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup Softened butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Husk the corn, removing all the silk and leaves. Brush the garlic paprika butter generously over each ear of corn, making sure to coat all sides.
  4. Wrap each corn cob tightly in aluminum foil to keep the flavor in during cooking.
  5. Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  6. Carefully unwrap the foil (be cautious of the hot steam!) and serve hot. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, marinate the corn in the garlic butter blend for an hour before grilling. Adjust spices as needed for personal preference.
