- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 2 cups Mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Extra chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup Extra marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a 9ร13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Beat together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and top with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set but slightly soft. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
