Ingredients

- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 and 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or melting wafers)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or vegetable shortening)
- 6 graham cracker sheets, crushed into fine crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip the Marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- Coat in Graham Cracker Crumbs: Roll chocolate-coated marshmallows in graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill and Serve: Place coated marshmallows on the baking sheet and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set.
Notes
Make sure marshmallows are at room temperature for better coating. Can use other coatings like nuts or cookies for variety.
