Description

Delightful bite-sized truffles combining gooey marshmallows and rich chocolate, coated in crunchy graham cracker crumbs.


Ingredients

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 and 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or melting wafers)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or vegetable shortening)
  • 6 graham cracker sheets, crushed into fine crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Dip the Marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  4. Coat in Graham Cracker Crumbs: Roll chocolate-coated marshmallows in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Chill and Serve: Place coated marshmallows on the baking sheet and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set.

Notes

Make sure marshmallows are at room temperature for better coating. Can use other coatings like nuts or cookies for variety.
