Description

A delicious wrap filled with juicy grilled chicken, zesty black beans, sweet corn, and creamy avocado, perfect for quick meals or gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Grilled chicken breasts
  • 4 Tortilla wraps
  • 1 can Black beans, drained
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • Spices (cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper)

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through and charred. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. In a bowl, mix black beans, corn, diced avocado, and spices.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and add grilled chicken, bean-corn mixture, cheese, and lettuce.
  4. Drizzle with sour cream and salsa.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
  6. Serve immediately with extra salsa on the side.

Notes

For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. You can also prepare the filling ahead of time to save on prep.
