- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
