Description

A quick and easy stir fry featuring tender beef and colorful vegetables, all combined with spicy sauces for a flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz beef (sliced thin)
  • 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste or sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet, stir-frying until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste, mixing well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Cut the beef against the grain for extra tenderness. You can add more chili paste for an extra kick. Ensure your skillet or wok is hot before cooking for the best stir-fry results.
