- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, and red bell pepper until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the vegetables with a splash of soy sauce and more garlic.
- Serve cooked rice in bowls, topped with spicy beef and stir-fried veggies. Garnish as desired.
