Description

This Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry Bowl is a quick and flavorful dish featuring savory ground beef, garlic-infused vegetables, and fluffy rice, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a separate skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, and red bell pepper until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season the vegetables with a splash of soy sauce and more garlic.
  5. Serve cooked rice in bowls, topped with spicy beef and stir-fried veggies. Garnish as desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with tofu or tempeh. Adjust spice levels to your preference.
