- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned and breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and chili flakes to the beef, stirring well. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate skillet, heat sesame oil and stir-fry broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, and red bell pepper until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the stir-fried veggies with soy sauce and minced garlic, tossing to coat.
- Assemble the bowls by layering cooked white rice, topped with spicy beef and garlic veggies. Garnish with sesame seeds or chili oil as desired.
