Description

A fiery twist on traditional sliders with tender, shredded chicken in zesty buffalo sauce, melted cheese, and soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Shredded chicken
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese
  • Butter (optional for buns)
  • Celery (optional for serving)
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Top each slider with cheese and place the top halves of the buns over each one.
  6. Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns (optional).
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve with celery sticks and dipping sauces on the side if desired.
