- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili paste or Sriracha
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cook the ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the pot and shred it.
- Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and chili paste to the broth, adjusting the heat level to your liking.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the broth and stir.
- Serve the broth and chicken over the cooked ramen, topping each bowl with a soft-boiled egg, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Use bone broth for a richer flavor and feel free to customize spice levels to your preference.
