Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry until bright green and tender-crisp (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste, then add the cooked noodles and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot, and enjoy!

Notes

For a milder dish, start with half the chili paste and adjust to taste. Great for meal prep!
