Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Boil the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat the oil: In a large pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
- Sauté garlic and chilies: Add the minced garlic and chopped green chilies to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir-fry vegetables: Toss in the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Combine with noodles: Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili sauce to the pan.
- Mix thoroughly: Use tongs or a spatula to mix everything together and season with salt to taste.
- Cook for flavor: Let everything cook together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving hot.
